VICCO INDUSTRIES  a prominent business which deals in Indian Ayurvedic herbal hygiene and healthcare products. It was started in 1959 by Late Mr. Keshav V Pendharkar. The projects aims to create a new manufacturing unit on the same land where the old factory was standing. Due to major fire outbreak, most of the factory was affected and hence the demolition of the old structure was decided. 

                                                 New structure required new approach in terms of ease in working and chain of assemblies. The heart of the project was to carry on all the services without interruption and less errors. Planning of the project was interweaved making in centrally accessible and highly efficient. Each manufacturing unit was connected to centrally located storage units making it easy to transfer. Connections to admin block to manufacturing unit was provided through bridge which were accommodated on first floor. Form of the factory was kept minimalistic and dramatic effect was manifested in the form of vertical fins and exposed brick bands.
