MINIMAL RESIDENCE

Minimal residence is built for Mr. Sanjay Umberkar at Nagpur. The total construction of the residence is 2000 Sq/Ft with common wall on the northern face. Clients requirement were quit simple and down to earth.

                                The single family residence consists of ground +1 construction with open floor planning on the ground floor merging living room, kitchen and staircase into one. USP of the project is skylight provided which consciously creates a beautiful vertical linear space for pooja room. First floor consists of 2 bedroom with drawing room opening into OTS terrace. The placement of ribbon windows on the East and South elevation renders the façade distinctively.
