Proposed residence for Mr. Prabhakar Tekam at Ayodhya Nagar, Nagpur. A single family residence with ground plus two floors has been carved out in very slender and congested locality. It was a huge challenge to plan out the spaces as there was no common wall used. Also keeping in mind the privacy was of outmost importance. Open balconies on front elevation makes the interior airy. The double height living room makes the congested space grand and gives the feeling of openness.
